How do you cheer yourself up? Whether you're suffering from a mild bout of depression, or you've just had a bad day, do you just wait until you snap out of it, or do you actually do stuff?
I usually listen to my happy songs. They work miracles. o.O It's strange. On the other hand, it doesn't take a lot to make me blue either. I just listen to my, er, sadder songs. I know a few people who exercise to take their mind off things until they feel better, and then some others who zone out in front of the TV until they forget why they were feeling so crappy in the first place.
